The Parker XT09 is an encapsulated solenoid coil designed to provide electrical actuation for compatible Parker solenoid-valve assemblies.
When the rated electrical supply is applied, the coil generates a magnetic field around the valve armature tube. The magnetic force moves the internal plunger and changes the operating position of the valve. Removing electrical power allows the valve mechanism to return to its normal position.
The XT09 operates from a 220 to 230 V AC, 50 Hz electrical supply. It has a rated power consumption of 9 W and an apparent power rating of 13 VA.
The coil is designed for 100% continuous duty, allowing the coil to remain energised during normal equipment operation. Its encapsulated construction protects the internal winding and supports dependable service in compatible industrial environments.
An IP54 protection rating provides protection against limited dust ingress and splashing water when the coil and electrical connector are correctly assembled.
The detachable electrical connector enables convenient wiring, installation and servicing. The coil mounts over the compatible valve armature tube and is retained by the applicable valve fastening arrangement.
Typical applications include oil-burner fuel-control systems, industrial solenoid valves, pressure-regulating valves, heating equipment, boilers, refrigeration systems, air-conditioning equipment and automated fluid-control installations.
The replacement coil must match the original voltage, frequency, power rating, armature-tube diameter and electrical connector. Installation and functional testing should be performed by qualified personnel.
