Product overview
Details that help confirm the fit.
The Oil Burner Hydraulic Jack is a compact mechanical-hydraulic actuator designed to operate the air damper in compatible oil-burner assemblies.
The actuator features a cylindrical brass body with a threaded connection at the top and a movable output linkage at the lower end. The lower linkage eye allows the actuator to connect with the burner’s air-damper lever or operating mechanism.
During burner operation, hydraulic pressure moves the internal piston and extends or retracts the actuator linkage. This movement adjusts the combustion-air damper according to the burner’s operating sequence.
Controlled damper movement helps regulate the amount of combustion air entering the burner. Correct air regulation supports reliable ignition, stable flame formation and efficient combustion.
The brass construction provides durability, corrosion resistance and suitability for regular operation in burner environments. The compact form allows installation within restricted burner housings and air-control assemblies.
Typical applications include LDO, diesel, kerosene and other compatible oil burners used with heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, industrial ovens, hot-air generators and thermic-fluid heaters.
Correct linkage alignment and unrestricted piston movement are important for reliable operation. The hydraulic jack should be inspected periodically for leakage, binding, damaged threads and wear at the linkage eye.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
