Product overview
Details that help confirm the fit.
The High-Pressure Hose Pipe is a flexible fuel-line component designed for use in compatible oil-burner and liquid-fuel systems.
The hose provides a secure fuel connection between burner components such as the fuel pump, filter, valve, supply line and return line. Its flexible construction helps accommodate burner servicing movement, installation alignment and operational vibration.
The hose features a black reinforced outer cover designed to protect the internal fuel passage against abrasion and normal handling. Crimped metal fittings at both ends provide secure mechanical connections and help maintain leak-resistant fuel transfer.
The threaded end connections allow the hose to be installed between compatible burner and fuel-system components. Flexible construction reduces mechanical stress that could otherwise be transferred from rigid pipework to the burner pump or fittings.
Typical applications include LDO, diesel, kerosene and light-fuel-oil burners used with heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, oil-fired furnaces, industrial ovens, hot-air generators and thermic-fluid heating systems.
The hose should be routed without twisting, sharp bending or contact with hot and moving components. Regular inspection is important because hardened rubber, surface cracks, abrasion, damaged crimps or fuel leakage can indicate that replacement is required.
The fuel supply should be isolated and depressurised before replacement. After installation, all connections should be inspected for leakage and the fuel system should be bled according to the burner service procedure.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
